Aubrey Malott
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Aubrey Malott grew up on a farm near Cincinnati, Ohio, where much of her childhood was spent caring for and tending to animals. It was through these early experiences that she discovered her lifelong passion for animals and veterinary medicine.
Dr. Malott earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Wilmington College before moving north to pursue her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University. While in veterinary school, she made close friendships with several classmates from the West Coast. After graduation, she decided to pack up her belongings and make the move to California with them—and she has never regretted trading Ohio winters for California sunshine!
Dr. Malott’s professional interests include feline medicine and welfare, internal medicine, geriatric medicine, and big cat conservation. Dr. Malott loves the relationships that come with being a veterinarian, especially getting to know her clients and watching their pets grow through the years. Her favorite days are those filled with familiar faces that feel a little more like catching up with old friends while caring for their beloved companions.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Malott enjoys hiking in national parks, gardening, taking watercolor and pottery classes, and spending time with her cat, Goose.
